    No water cups?

This is a boutique hotel so I cut it a little slack. My room did not have a closet, but it had a hanging rack and an armoire. It did not have a desk big enough to work at - there was a round small coffee table - so I sat on the bed with the laptop. Like a lot of hotels there weren't enough plugs in the right places. I have a power strip I travel with to make it easier to charge all my devices. I had to set it up on the night table, where there really wasn't enough room for it. The bathroom was about the nicest I've ever seen in a hotel - ultramodern, lovely designed fixtures, walk in shower, etc. There was no coffee machine, which I can live without. However, there were no courtesy paper or plastic cups. I had already gotten changed for bed and had to take a pill, and either had to redress and go to the other end of the hotel to get some bottled water or a cup, or improvise. I rinsed out the plastic cap of my deodorant and managed to get my pills down with several shots of water from that. Yecch. My hall was noisy during the day, but it was just boisterous other visitors (probably baseball fans visiting the HOF) going back and forth between rooms, nothing bad or threatening. It was quiet at night.

    Comfortable but loud

Staff is excellent and friendly. Room is on smaller side but comfortable. Could hear everything from people im room above us. Would stay again but would ask for a room with no one above me.

    Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay and the staff we interacted with were pleasant and accommodating. I worry that the place may be struggling as the staff seemed spread a little thin. When another group in our party tried to check in there was no one to be found to man the front desk.

    Cute boutique hotel

Super cute boutique hotel! Loved eating breakfast on the porch. Modern industrial decor and decorative touches. Great remodeled bathrooms with locally made soaps and shampoos. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Would stay again!

    Cooperstown is a must visit.

Had to pay a $40 up charge for a same sized room to get a king bed. Thought that was excessive
