Almost good
For the 1st time, staying at a Hilton property was ho hum. Greeting were minimal. I never have had to beg for room service, but evidently covid has allowed a firm new policy, rationed room maintenance, ordered in advance and needing approval. Property is nice, value seems reasonable, and it was almost good, not quite, but almost.

New to area, ask the man at the desk what things close by we can visit. He took the time to print out different things of interest close by. He also gave us very good directions to Terry Blacks BBQ. As we were walking.

We were greeted by someone that clearly does not enjoy her job, shower had hair in it that was not ours, and the shampoo bottle only gave us one squirt of shampoo. Of all things to not refill

Parking and shower disaster
Parking garage was not convenient and the fee of $ 19.00 while a guest at the hotel was a bit excessive. Hotel offered no vouchers or discounts, I expected more from a Hilton. Shower sprayed water up on the ceiling and all over the floor. Shower doors kept sticking and wouldn’t open. Overall it was a bad experience. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.
