Suites & Villas at Sofitel Bali, Nusa Dua

Another great experience at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Everything was on looked after & we very much enjoyed our stay

Nice resort and very attentive staff.

We all had a pleasant time staying at one of the villas in Sofitel Musa Dua. Plenty of smiles and greetings from hotel staffs. Superb buffet breakfast at the Kwee Zeen restaurant. Overall the only complaint was the mosquitoes because it was a wet season. But everywhere you can get insect repellent from a staff. In a nutshell we would love to come back and stay there again.

We stayed at the private suite with its own pool and we absolutely loved the experience. The kids enjoyed the morning dip in the private pool before taking their swimming out to one of the many pools sprawled across the resort. Hotel staff and service was one of the best we've experienced. The breakfast was superb, carrying every thing imaginable. The hotel went above and beyond to cater to our needs, including an amazing departure experience - we checked out at 12pm but the entire hotel facilities were accessible through the day. Highly recommended.

Our holiday experience at Sofitel Bali was beyond our expectation (2 adults, 2 children aged 8 and 10). We stayed 8 nights. The staff across the hotel were very friendly and professional, all areas were super clean, food was magnificent and top quality with many options available. There were several pool options and the hotel was not at all crowded. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Location was in a quiet area of Bali which is what we enjoy as a family. The butler service was a lovely bonus. The Club Millésime was wonderful and peaceful and we enjoyed both breakfast and afternoon tea there. Our family walked away totally relaxed! We want to come back!
