More location than actual room
You're certainly paying for the location. The room itself, I would have paid alittle more had I known that they were going to be so small. It was just my wife and I and we felt as though we kept running into each other. For some reason only the heat worked in our room though their was fan controls, perhaps it was user error, but we couldn't get the fan to work and the room was quite warm. The pillows they had in the room were very thin, literally no thicker than my forearm, so we asked the staff down stairs for more pillows and all of a sudden the had they large fluffy pillows for us. The nice thing was that they did allow us to store our luggage there on our last day. Over all I'd say the place is fair, but your definitely paying for the location rather the room.

The perfect Akihabara stay
Loving staying at this hotel. Pricing is right. Location is great. Property is modern and clean. Employees are friendly and accommodating.

Comfortable, Clean, Friendly Staff
Stayed in a double room and had a great time. My husband and I just use the room to sleep and shower in, we very rarely stayed in the room just to relax. The rooms are very small so if you plan on sharing a room you have to be VERY comfortable with each other. The bathroom is small so you can hear (and smell) everything the other person does. This hotel was in the perfect location for us as it was really close to Akihabara Station, convenience stores, and lots of late night food options. When we return to Japan, we will be staying at this hotel again. The staff is unbelievably friendly and professional. They all speak English and are really courteous. We had a great experience

Low cost option
Slightly let down by the fact that they didn't adhere to my very simple 'request.' Far more disappointed by the false info I received concerning check-out times (ended up spending $120+ that I didn't need to for an extra "day"). The hotel and room itself were fine. The staff was not very knowledgeable on the local area outside of what could be Googled (something I could do myself and to a far greater degree of accuracy than they, despite being a foreigner in THEIR country and place of business). The complimentary water and toiletries were welcome. I did not opt for the included breakfast (at added expense per day), but, from what I gathered being there, it was NOT worth the additional cost and is better saved as a single (day-of) purchase if so desired. Early check-in is nonexistent, but they will hold your bags for you, so... neutral on that one.
