first and last time to stay in this hotel, checking in was very bad, I booked Grand Deluxe room but they put in Deluxe room which is smaller and with different furniture, when i refused to stay in that room, one of hotel staff tried to explain that its Grand Deluxe but the layout is different, when i showed him the photos which was in, then he says that if you want to stay in that room you have to wait for 2 hours!!!!!!!!!! that's why i gave you this room because its ready. ( he tried to fool me but......) checking out was bad too, they called at 11:40 asking me to leave the the within 30 minutes , I asked for checking out at 1 pm as all hotels do, the hotel operator replyed ( i you check out at 12:41 we will charge you 1000 THB !!!! and he hanged up the line... really bad attitude and very far from 4 stars hotels.

Perfect! :D
We was here in 4 days and was really happy about almost everything at the hotel. The staff where really friendly and helpful but not the staff who was in the reseption only the guys who took the bagasje. 2 womens who work there didnt even say hello or good bye :( the hotel is in a perfect location to everything( we are a young couple and we liked it) we was also a trip into bangkok sentrum in khao san raod that also was a really good location if you like party and shopping at marked ( I dont think it was shopping center close to khao san raod) but at this hotel you have the biggest shopping center just 15 minutes from the hotel or just 2 min with the sky train:) the room was really good looking we had the standar room

Not recommended if travelling with kids
I would advise that family with kids probably should avoid this area. It doesn't "feel" particularly safe in this area (it feels very much like red light district). I would say this depends on the background where you're from (if you're from developing countries, this may not be a problem). On Check-Out, I was told that we've consumed "some" drinks from the fridge in our rooms. We *clearly* didn't touch any of them and if I do, I would pay for it. There are so many 7-11 nearby where we got our waters. The receptionist was kind enough to waive the charge but it just tells you how "safe" the hotel is. Sound proof is not done so well (you could hear ppl foot steps from guests above you) and there were so many "alarms" noises at night. It does have some good points though: The hotel rooms that we stayed are quite new (seems newly renovated) and quite clean. Main reason why I got this room was due to guaranteed "Family room" (2 rooms connecting together) which was a plus.

The room was pretty ok. The hotel is in one of the entertainment area in BKK. Even I book the room for two (2) people the hotel wanted to charge me extra for my friend (the same) who was with me every night (3 nights). Besides the hotel seems to be very popular for many people wearing the black Burka, I assume they are Women. The themes and shops in the complex are Arabic oriented. As people in Burka plus the attempt to charge extra makes me very uncomfortable I will NOT book this hotel again, as there are many other options with similar price and quality in that area.

Good 6.0
The hotel facade was really new but once you step into the room you start to notice many flaws in the design. Firstly weighing 70kg some parts of the floor board will sink when I'm stepping on it. Next the wooden door leading to the washroom has really big gaps in between the wall and the door hence you can see into the toilet. Great for couples, bad for family and conservative friends. Do not get the extra bed unless you like really hard mattresses. On the plus side the room is very clean and tidy. Although housekeeping could be more consistent with the number of water and towels they place in the room.
