Great new boutique hotel for millenials. Connected to a modest mall. Wonderful concept of rooms and public spaces, though some items are in room are more stylish than they are functional.

We stayed in Rooms Inc hotel for Christmas and were very happy with the professional service by all the staffs. The hotel location is very strategic, right next to DP Mall with lots of resto choices and a nice movie theater. We encountered a minor issue and received a very prompt and professional help from Pak Richie. Excellent customer service by Pak Richie and all staff!
