Shorewalk is perfectly situated close to the world renowned gulf coast beaches, golfing, shopping, supermarkets, fine dinning and many other amenities.
Sarasota is also nearby offering museums, theater exhibitions and performing arts.
Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea World and Universal are all within a two hour drive.
Tiled throughout, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with king size beds. Both bedrooms have quality pillow top mattresses and new bedding. Bedroom two can be changed to accommodate two twin beds.
The condo is equipped with a full size washer and dryer.
There is a screened in Lanai with ceiling fan and lighting, idea for afternoon and evening cocktails.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, refrigerator with built-in filtered water and ice dispenser, stainless steel microwave and granite counter tops.

The condo was very nice and the property owner was fabulous.
The condominium was clean and updated. The property owner was attentive and prompt to any needs. He was a super nice gentleman! The only problem we had was we felt there were a lot of restrictions on the kids at the pool enforced by the club there (no floats, no jumping, etc.).

My family and I enjoyed these beautiful place , very confortable, quiet to rest ! It is a full equipped unit . If you have kids in daily summer in IMG is a good option because is too near from. The owner were always in touch with us. They were very kind ! I recommend these place with close eyes !

We loved it! Great location, safe area, very clean and well kept. All up to date. Very quick responses from owners, and very easy to work with. We enjoyed every minute! Great condo, Great location, Great owner
We found everything about this stay exceeded our expectations.The condo and the grounds are very well maintained and we loved all the wildlife that we could watch. Other renters were very friendly. This condo is within walking distance to the grocery store, a short ride to G.T. Bray park where i played pickleball most days. Sarasota, Riverwalk and the beach are short drives. Allen, was a very attentive owner doing whatever he could to make our visit great. I am confident that anyone would enjoy their stay.
