Sweet Inn Apartments - Washington Street, Jerusalem

Though the hotel is located right in the city center, for first time visitors it was a little difficult to find, but thanks to the wonderful staffs, they gave me a lot of helps, we got in touch on whatsapp, which made the communication much easier. The room is very clean, and it has everything you needed for, even if you find the room lack of something, just tell the staff, they will bring it to you right away, since their office is located down the street. However, one thing about Israel is the parking problem. Although there are many parking spaces in front of the building or along the street, it was hard to find a available spot. PS: if you only intend to stay for a short time in Jerusalem, don't bother to rent a car. 1st, the location is good so you basically don't need a car, 2nd, pay your parking is a HUGE inconvenient problem! Overall, the hotel is very good!

It is an amazing appartment with all facilities you might need for staying couple of days. The problem started when we couldnt operate the TV, no one came to fix it,so we stayed all days without the ability to watch TV

Friendly staff. We were able to check in earlier than anticipated. Excellent location. Beautiful apartment. Very clean and well kept. We would highly recommend this rental.

Dificultad para realizar el check in ya q se encuentra a unos 200m y con valijas se dificulta y se pierde tiempo. También porque es a las 16hs, debería ser más temprano con estas dificultades. Hay unos más de 20 escalones para llegar al departamento...deben avisarlo para la gente mayor. Muy cómodo y limpio...mas allá que desde afuera no lo parece. El personal compensó con servicios extras. Muy amables.
