Spacious & Elegant Townhouse, Family Fun, Short Walk to the Beach

We enjoyed our stay there, it was nice to have air conditioning. Comfortable condo and enjoyed Turtle Bay.

Great location, lots of outdoor activities, but a wonderful place to just relax. The only downside is the internet is spotty. So if you are ready to unplug, this is a great vacation rental.

This unit looks stunning due to the spiral stairs. It reminded us of the Netherlands. It is so beautiful. The lay-out is very modern. Just glamorous.

Helena is very quick to respond to questions and provides good information to make it easy for first time visitors. Only negative about the property is the trees have grown enough to obscure the view off of the balcony. Lovely place to spend a vacation!!!

Great location and very private. Three full baths was a plus!

We stayed at this condo over the 4th of July. It is in a decent complex which is fairly quiet. The upside is It is close to a resort (on the same property) and we used the pool there while waiting to get into the condo, although technically, the pool is for resort guests only. It is in walking distance to a lovely public beach where we had front row seats for the sunset and fireworks, which was a highlight of the trip. The condo itself was decent, especially the master bedroom with attached bath although the television in that room had limited to no service. The upstairs loft/attached bath was nice, but very hot as the air conditioner was in the bathroom. We also utilized the pull out sofa for our son, although that definitely needs to be replaced as the mattress was very worn and we needed to stuff pillows under it for support, or it would have been impossible to use. The cleaning of the condo could have been improved as we found used blankets/sand when we opened the sofa bed to make it up and there was dirt/old food under the sofa. The washer/dryer in the condo were great as they were very large capacity for being stackable. The major downside was the fact that there were very tiny bugs you often find in tropical regions. Unfortunately, they were too numerous in the kitchen and in the master bath and on the nightstands. I did inform the owner upon our departure who said she would immediately address the problem but we were hesitant to put out even basic toiletries as our things were covered in tiny bugs, which was a nuisance so we kept everything in plastic bags.

Helena was great to deal with and always replied quickly. This was our first time staying in the Turtle Bay area and quite enjoyed the location. The parking spot was very close, right in front of the unit. Great size for four people, too bad we missed the delivery of new mattresses and pillows by days, this is why they lost a star. When we were staying in the unit, new mattresses and pillows would have made our stay that much more pleasant. The condo had large sized washer and dryer which is unusual for vrbo rentals in Hawaii (from our experience), so that was awesome. Now that they have new mattresses and pillows, we would definitely stay in this unit again. Mahalo Helena.

Everything is as advertised. Comes with plenty of beach toys and snorkel equipment, has a nice sound of the ocean all night. Pool is super close and quiet. Twirly stairs to top level and bathroom may be difficult for elderly but my 13 and 10 year olds thought they were awesome. They loved the privacy yet we’re still part of the family. It is within walking distance of a few different beaches. The ones on the other side of the golf course have no one at them. Thanks for sharing your home with our family.
