I stayed at I M hotel for 2 nights. I have 0 complaint, great staff, great gym, the food was ok, it’s located near the clubs, restaurant and mall, it’s safe and there’s a lot to do around

Worst 5 star hotel in Makati
This is one of the most expensive hotels in Makati and I reserved one of there most expensive rooms, an executive suite. Other than the room not being cleaned properly and one of the two televisions not working, my biggest complaint was the water. There was no hot water and almost no water pressure. There was a nice shower and tub in the unit; which is basically pointless without water pressure or hot water. I asked for maintenance and after 30 minutes a man came and said there is basically nothing he could do. I could at least see the location of the very tiny water heater and after he left I managed to reset it to get at least a small amount of hot water. The pressure was still terrible. After 1 hour trying to fill the tub, I gave up. I asked the lobby 3 times for a different room, which they never managed to prepare for me. I would have to say this was my worst hotel experience ever in Manila and I wish there was some way I could get all or part of my money back.
