Building located at a lower level and can be accessed by a long stairway. No given instructions on how to access the rooftop gate to avoid stairs. A sign on the gate asked for a code number. The Stay Alfred operator gave an access number which was no longer used. Gate key (electronic) attached to the door key but no explanations on what it was for or how to use it. Showering caused flooding of bathroom floor (shower door leak). TV needs instructions to find channels......Not coming back.

The proximity to downtown and Puke Place is phenomenal – – an easy walk everywhere! A couple little things – – it was advertised as a one bedroom and that is a bit of a stretch… There are a couple of sliding doors that separate the bed from the rest of what is really a studio apartment. The biggest drawback is parking – – the parking that is recommended is unbelievably expensive and very misleading when you try to figure out what it costs and there is really no street parking anywhere. Overall I would say this is a very good value and the location makes it ideal. We would stay again.
