Completely overrated hotel, very disappointing
We probably got the worst room in the hotel. It was very small for a small family and there was very little space (we also requested a baby bed which made the room even more cramped, they should have put us somewhere else knowing this). Additionally, the room was dark with very little natural light and no view. I think that room should be used as a luggagge storage and not a place to receive guests. There are no common areas in the hotel and nowhere to eat the very basic breakfast they offer (this was also disappointing). So you have to eat in your room and when you have no space, chair and tables it is not a pleasant experience. The water in the shower went cold or became too warm, so in the course of a 3 minute shower I had to adjust the temperature several times. Otherwise the guys at the reception are very nice and the location is good. I will never stay here again nor recommend this hotel though. Having booked many months in advance I really regret my choice. I have no idea why this hotel is rated so high, there are many other better hotels for this price range.

One Night Stay
Very friendly people and extremely helpful. The only trouble I did find was being able to turn in my key the following morning when I left very early, at about 4am. Otherwise it was a perfect location and when I return to Athens I will stay here again.

Location, location
Great location. I had a standard room which was very small, splurge for a balcony. No elevator. Continental breakfast...there is no breakfast seating so you had to take your tray and eat in your room. Staff was super nice and arranged pickup to and from airport. Ac worked well. We enjoyed our two night stay.
