Property could use some touch ups/deep cleaning and I’ll never understand why all hotel bathrooms don’t have fans!! Overall pleased with our stay.

The elevators are always crowded and you are waiting 10-15 minutes before you can get on or off, if you want to go to the water park to swim you’ll need to get there as soon as the open to get a seat if not you won’t have anywhere to set your stuff. Other than that everything was great!

I recommend this to any family that have big or small children room was a 10 out of 10. The balcony view was amazing. The pool resort was awesome. The water was extremely cold. The slide was fun. My kids enjoyed everything. I would recommend that they add a complementary breakfast but overall the hotel the arcade the pool with the lazy river swim bar everything was a 10 out of 10 the staff was very nice as well
