Excellent area, Convenient Transpo, Basic hotel
We moved to this hotel from the East Gate Hotel to be closer to Moscow City Center. Our stay was during the FIFA World Cup, a very busy time. The hotel staff was very hard working but seemed overwhelmed by the volume of guests. The Grand Belorusskaya Hotel showed signs of wear & tear. It provide a basic comfortable room. A bit crammed for a family of four. Breakfast was a decent buffet. The hotel is situated in an older shopping mall. It is a good hotel for dropping off your bags, then returning to sleep at night. On the plus side, the local neighborhood is excellent. There is a cluster of first class restaurants a short walk away. Also an excellent coffee shop & upscale bars. There is access to two Metro lines near this.cluster. This puts you minutes from Red Square, the Kremlin, & other favorite Moscow sites.

Absolutely wonderful hotel
The hotel was much better than I thought it would be. I was very impressed with how close it was to the metro station after arriving from the airport. Then I was even more impressed with the hotel reception upon entering not to mention the absolutely beautiful rooms. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety to eat. I will definitely stay here again whenever I return to Moscow,

Good place.
Small room for 3 person family, but overall a decent place to stay. Especially if you are catching the train headed out to Europe, as it's right there close by.

Don’t stay here.
Asked for double room got a bed and fold out sofa. The sofa was horrible. The room was not cleaned every day. Our glasses stayed in the room dirty for three days.
