Staff are friendly and accommodating; not recommended for tourists, place lacks a proper bathroom, the aircon doesn’t work, and it has several issues. Its Close the airport, and that’s about it.

Ok hotel to stay for week ,not exciting though.
It was ok,but nothing great.Hotel staff(@reception) are not customer friendly and doesn't have smile on their faces. I asked for a small help to get my boarding pass printed only to hear no from the staff.I think they have to work on it to suit hospitality business.

Counter staff very friendly. Patiently showed me a “short cut” way to bt Indah.. which u cannot see the road in Google map. He mentioned locals only know. But to play safe, we followed google. Location is not prime. Quite ulu. Paid for breakfast package and were told restaurant under renovation. Looking at the whole place, Restaurant seems to be vacant for sometime. Website put there provide toiletries... funny thing is no shampoo, no shower gel, no slippers... called reception, they send up a housekeeper to tell us only they don’t provide! Towels with lipstick marks. Bedsheet with stains. Aircon not so cold. No dustbin to be found in room except one pathetic small one in toilet.
