Poor stay
I am a retired veteran with lower extremities issues which limits my mobile abilities. I had ash for a lower level room prior because of this. When i arrived i was told my room was on the 3rd floor. I questioned why and the desk clerk begain how easy it would be for me to get tomy room on the 3rd floor and also there was not many rooms on the 1st, all the while not knowing the extent of my injury and offered no apology whatsoever. I wont be back and i travel extensively so i assume this hotel doesnt care about customer service!

Check in was at 3pm. We showed up at 3:30 and were told that our room was not ready and they did not know when it would be ready. I had to get dressed and ready for our dinner reservations in the public restroom. We finally got the room key at 5:10pm (they upgraded our room due to an issue with our room inspection). The room was very nice with the exception of one of the tvs didn't work. The pool was also closed on Sunday, which made for an early check out for us.

Overall the hotel was great. However an issue with the sprinklers had our floor filled with fans and construction and was very noisy. I also thought I had booked a room with 2 beds. Instead I got a bed and pull out couch which was very uncomfortable.
