This facility is a time-share for people who have been there for many years, making it popular with a 60 years crowd. This is not a great spot for a fun and sassy girls' trip, which was evident when we were told to keep it down. The property is dated but well-maintained. The beach is shallow and very rocky, probably to ensure no one has too much fun. I was looking forward to getting a massage, but they only had an outside hut right next to a construction zone (not very relaxing). The property has sister-hotels and shuttles to access them, but they all seemed a bit the same. The staff, on the other hand, was AMAZING and accommodating, especially Antonio and Perdo at the bar.

The hotel was wonderful and great for families. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. There were many activities for kids and adults. Our server Ramiro was amazing and our housekeeper Gloria kept our room sparkling clean! The whole staff of the resort was welcoming and helpful! The beach staff took us for sailing with catamaran which was beautiful experience. We’ll be back and highly recommend it for families!
