Maison Orsini is a cottage on a property with a total of 7 units. The owner's name is Folco, and he was very nice. The cottage is lovely, with a nice kitchen/dining room and living room downstairs and two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Cozy, and fits in with the surrounding village. A truly relaxing place. The included breakfast was also nice, quite simply French breakfast of bread, yogurt, and fruit, but all of it outstanding. We enjoyed our stay here. We also ate dinner at the attached restaurant, and it was good.

Fun to stay in a cottage built in the 1340s right next to Avignon. Folco was very helpful. But the best part was eating at their on-site restaurant. Absolutely fabulous meal!

We spent an amazing 3 days at Maison Orsini. This centuries old property is very well maintained. It offers all the conveniences you would expect from a great hotel combined with historic charm. The rooms are rustic and full of French Provencal character. The hotel is located in a very quiet hilltop neighborhood, five minutes walk from the town center. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking Rhone with spectacular views of the Pope's Palace and Avignon is unforgettable. The restaurant Orsini deserves a separate review. It is the best in Villeneuve-les-Avignon, serving French food with a modern twist.

Our stay was magical. Folco is a wonderful host, very attentive to our needs, and kindly accommodated our check-in and check-out times. The property location is great, away from the most touristy area but within walking distance to the old town and surrounding historical sights. The view from the patio is unbelievable. We had picnics in the yard and made wonderful friends with other guests as well.

Amazing old Castle, family owned for multiple generations. on site owner is very attentive. this place has a patio with an amazing view of the valley, the river and the Pope's palace in Avignon. Many great restaurants within an easy walking distance. Delicious breakfast in the morning with many home made and local food options..very healthy.

What a fantastic place to stay, the views were spectacular, rooms quaint and staff very polite (Covid aware and went the extra mile). It was lovely being so close to Avignon (accessible by bus or foot) but you felt out of the city. The owner even parked the car in the private spot for us.Breakfast on the terrace was adorable. Perfect travel for couples.
