Tiny room...not good for friends sharing room
We booked a room with a private plunge pool..that was the only thing I liked about this hotel. The room was tiny. The bathroom area is right when you walk into the room and is divided by a curtain that you close.... very poor layout. The staff came into our room twice when we left the do not disturb sign out. I accidentally broke a glass on the jetted out mirror due to poor lighting and tiny sink area,and the front desk brought it to my attention to pay for it while checking out. Some staff were nice....some were rude and unhelpful. The location is as others have stated....up a very steep hill from the beach without a sidewalk. Would never stay here again. Luckily we were only there for 2 nights.

Great new hotel with room for improvement
Great location if you don’t mind walking up/down a very steep hill. Front desk staff were amazing, however everyone else (bar tenders/servers etc) were terrible! I would highly recommend seeing Kata Noi Beach while staying in Kata.
