Luxury apartment in Old Town

We were in Prague for our summer holiday with kids. Our reason to choose this apt was it’s location & it was newly built. The minus thing was we had to go n collect key from main office. Unlike our apt in Vienna had digital lock which can be opened by a call to their office. We will recommend to request well in advance if you want a late check out. Over 4:9 out of 5.

Fantastic apartment great amenities close to the old town square

Great location. Property done to a really high spec with really good amenities. If I had to be picky, The balcony is off the bedroom and you cannot open or close from outside so not ideal if someone is sleeping in then bedroom! All in all great apartment - would recommend paying extra to check in at the apartment

Great location, nice flat, BUT services from the managing company was TERRIBLE - I would suggest a reconsideration, especially if you are thinking of using or requiring their transfer service. And also I would not suggest laying valuable items out. 1) We e-mailed them for a transfer from the airport, with every details possibly required INCLUDED, and they replied to us for almost 10 times, asking for ALL those details, for ONE piece of information in EACH of those emails. 2) BAD SECURITY - we extended our stay. And on the day which we originally checked out, a cleaner came in WITHOUT ringing the bell or knocking, OPENED MY BEDROOM DOOR WITHOUT knocking (I had my music speaker on and am in the room sleeping!!!!) and insisted that she wanted to clean when I said NO, lastly I had to scream at her to make her go (of coz I needed to check whether all my belongings are still around) 3) We ordered a transfer on the day we arrived through the driver (we stayed for almost a week), and he said I will receive a confirmation email as the transfer was confirmed, which turned out to be me who was sending them an email ONE HOUR before the scheduled pick up on our departure day demanding them for an answer whether the transfer is booked or not.

Very central. Few minutes to Old Town Square and Department Stores. Property is spacious, beds comfortable. Spotless clean. Large balcony. En-suite in both bedrooms but only one separate WC in the apartment. Only downfall is the arrangement with the collection of the keys from another property. Reception were helpful with all our queries. Contacted them by messenger while in Prague and replied quickly. Departure was more efficient by leaving keys at property. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great apartment for family stays. Close to Old Town Square and everything Prague has to offer. I will stay here again!!

Very comfortable accommodation. Air conditioning great as Prague was really hot. Separate room for our two children rather than sofa bed made for a very relaxing break.
