Bed BUGS
Front desk staff were confirming with some guests that bed bugs were found the day of check in (we checked in with a large group for a sports event) and other guests they were denying. Unfortunately due to hotel capacity, was not able to check out and move locations. They closed the hotel down the day the group checked out. Very disappointed to see how this was handled by the hotel
