Would not return
Very hot room, noisy from road and other guests, however staff we saw were pleasant and WiFi good. But would not recommend.

We were very dissapointed with our stay. We knocked at the main door and didn't get and answer for 15 mins. There was a number to call on the door but we had no answer from it. In the toilet there was no soap to wash our hands. My wife asked at the desk for hand soap and the lady said they didn't suply it. So we went to asda to buy some. There were no towel rails or places to hang clothes at all in shower, even though the sign encouraged us to re use our towels by hanging them on the towel rail. Through the night there was a huge rattling noise through the wall from the toilets. We think it was the waste pipes and the vents. The night guard had the TV on the projector screen all night and we could still hear it through the floor at 3am. There were also no pillow protectors, just one pillow case on each pillow! These little things could be checked and sorted and it would make all the difference to someone's stay. We understand it was a lower cost hotel, but things like hand soap are an essential!

Cheap Option Out of City Centre
Used the hotel for a weekend visit for the City of Culture. It is further out of Hull than would be ideal, with irregular bus services. Seems it is used more by workers for the nearby port. That said, comfortable, cheap and a good breakfast.
