Accademia 39, Sorrento

Accedemia was lovely. Vittoria was wonderful and helpful. It was perfect location and easy to get too. Impressive shower and bath. Only suggestion would be to have a coffee machine accessible to guests.

The Hotel is ideally located in the center of the Old Town Sorrento with easy walking to the port , restaurants, shopping and all places of interest. Room was large, beautiful, with wonderful American sized bathroom and shower, and quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only negative point is that 3 keys are required to enter the hotel and room. Also, no car parking, but parking can be found a few blocks away. I would stay there again.

Accademia 39 is in a great location, close to the marina, train station and town centre. Be sure to call and let them know what time to expect you as there is not a staffed front desk so they will come to the hotel to greet you. It is very quiet, with only 8 guest rooms, a large communal space and lovely patio. Our room was large (for a European hotel) and stocked with beverages and snacks and the queen bed was very comfortable. We overlooked a lemon grove out to the Mediterranean and one of the old churches. The service is exceptional, helping us book tours, get directions and even putting breakfast in our room the night before to accommodate an early departure. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location and wonderful staff, would definitely stay again

Visited Accademia 39 for a four day stay in Sorrento. The location was excellent and we enjoyed our stay very much. Room was very comfortable and quite roomy. It is located in a pedestrian only area of Sorrento so we had to walk approximately a short block from the corner where our driver dropped us off- although Victoria did come to the corner and help with our luggage- if mobility is an issue be aware. We loved the location a found it great to walk out the front door and be in the old part of Sorrento. Victoria who checked us in and also also prepared breakfast for most of our time there is a wonderful person- very helpful and interesting. Breakfast was wonderful and Victoria's cakes always delicious. Will definitely stay at Accademia 39 when we visit Sorrento again.
