A very unpleasant stay
Checking in at 8:30pm, I am told that they are going to shut down the water at 10pm until 8am the next day for maintenance. They offer me to cancel free of charge but given the time and the fact that I need to be up at 6am this is not really an option. I found the lack of communication about this quite appalling given that my contact information was provided at booking. To make matters worse, as I woke up on my second morning, there was no hot water. And again no communication.

This was my 2nd visit to Philadelphia and my 2nd stay at the hotel. (The 1st being in May of 2018.) All the staff was friendly and super helpful, a huge help in navigating the downtown and other areas of the city.
