This property is not a regular hotel with a reception desk, signage or staff. It is in a commercial property that is largely vacant at night. For someone seeking that type of accommodation, it is fine and the rooms are very comfortable, transportation to/from the airport is very convenient and contact with the property management via expedia was timely. For a woman travelling alone, it felt unsafe.

I stayed for 1 night. It was clean and comfortable, very close to the airport with a free regular shuttle. Relatively quiet, I slept well. The room was spacious and bright at day, with dedicated work space, and a tiny kitchen. The bathroom was small but it was clean. There's a small 24hr store downstairs for essentials, so that was good. It's a self check-in property, I don't think there was a reception or staff. Nothing much around, but rest and move on.

The property is located in the business center in Incheon, just 5 minutes ride from the airport T1, free airport shuttle or $3 for a taxi, lots of restaurants inside the same building and nearby, lots of amenities in the unit, such as full size fridge, microwave, hot water kettle(a must for me since I drink hot tea and coffee), a small cooktop, AC and a modern appliance that keep the room humidity/temperature, even has a cloth washer, it is just like a regular apartment unit located in the center of Incheon, how convenient! Owner is also very helpful by sending detailed instructions prior to my trip, respond to me email promptly, overall I am super happy with my short stay and will definitely recommend to anyone just making international flight transfer in Incheon.
