Realizing that pictures, advertising material and past guest feedback can only provide a certain level of confidence, from first walking up to the door to enter the hotel there were several large piles of dog refuse that obviously had been there for more than just recently. From there upon check in and viewing the 2 rooms I was taken aback by my first impressions. Rooms were basically empty, windows open allowing dust and smell come in from the outside, dirty bed linens, only 2 old worn bath towels only, no wash clothes or hand towels, no soaps, bathroom, toilet, shower filthy, no toilet paper,no drinking water water, no AC in one of the rooms, TV in one of the rooms had only one channel, wifi connection was non-existent, a built in closet system that had no hangers or any way to hang up clothes and the shelves were filthy, the bed comfort was terribly uncomfortable, practically the worst hotel experience I have had and that is saying a lot, I have traveled to over 80 countries for business and pleasure and with the exception of very remote regions of India and Africa, this was the worst that was in an actual city. After check in and reporting some of these findings with the hotel staff, I was not offered any solution, only this is what we have and no cancellation or refund was possible since it was booked within Expedia.I immediately began searching for other availability and could not find anything until the following day, the Holiday Inn.
