Good but slow service and average customer service
Room was good, staff friendly but let down by slow service. I asked for an extra body wash as it wasn’t topped up. Took 30 minutes and 3 calls. The last call the lady on the phone said you only called 10 minutes ago! Not 5 star service and for sure not Kempinski style.
