Michael was an attentive and helpful. The room had no working heat source, making it cold and I inviting. We were given two blankets, which were helpful. There was a coffee maker, no small frig or microwave. The room, though clean, was old, door could be closed, locked, though it was not shut-one could see light through the perimeter of door and air was easily blowing through the openings.
