This was a fantastic hotel in a wonderful city. Rooms were excellent, the hotel lobby area was very spacious and comfortable with lots of seating, and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice of foods. The location is very close to a #2 tram stop, which takes about 10 mins to get to the station. Across from this stop is a huge supermarket, Kaufland, and stops for the more direct #3 tram are about 5 mins walk away. Brilliant place to stay.

It's a Hilton, so a lot as can be expected, of good quality. However, some stains on carpets and on the walls in the hotel and stains on the chair in the room. That was not expected. Service was great, staff were friendly and the hotel is close to trams, which is great.

Good hotel but parking can be an issue

The parking garage is very small compared to the number of rooms. During our 4 day stay we were only able to get into the garage 2 nights. If the parking garage is full, you have to do street parking which was usually several blocks away. Breakfast was very good. We walked a few blocks to take the tram into the okd town area. The town is very nice with lots of history, restaurants and shops!

House keeping kept coming into the room even when the do not disturb sign is on the door. The staff was very friendly and did the best they could. AC was also not working but I was fortunate enough to change rooms where the AC worked a little bit. It is probably a great place to stay outside of the summer. Breakfast was good!

I had to go down the street to a laundromat because their “laundry service“ would have taken 3 days. Disappointing since that was the mean reason I chose Hampton by Hilton.
