Adequate for a budget hotel. Owner polite but not over generous

Love the Guest House
Absolutely love Chepstow - great place to stay. Idyllic location. Guest house is perfectly located. All very good

Poor at best
I'll not stay here again. The bedroom mattress was poor & felt 50 years old & the bed throw wasn't the cleanest I've ever seen. There was a party or function & the noise was horrendous, I could hear the actual words being "shouted/spoken" below. It's only my opinion but guests should be advised if there's a function whilst they're staying. I'll never stay again

Unhappy traveller!
I paid £75 for a room that should have been £35, sliding sash window with broken ropes, had to ask for something to keep it open and was given a plastic water jug!, the "wardrobe was a metal framework in the corner with a few hangers on it, shower delvery tube had slime coming off it when showering, panelling behind toilet falling off & a noisy road outside. Don't believe the pictures! No hand towels, only a bath towel & nothing for "feminine hygiene". Would not stay again!!

Very Good8.0
Our visit to Chepstow.
The guest house was in a very good position for car parking, restaurants and the town centre, all in easy walking distance.
