Loved the theme of the hotel, "broken spur." Loved how the logo and theme was incorporated into the rooms. Hotel rooms were quite cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh with eggs, potatoes, cereal, oatmeal, toast and pancakes. We ate at the restaurant for dinner. The sirloin was amazing. The pool and hot tub were nice. It was really windy and it stunk you had to walk outside to get to the restaurant and pool facility. Nice hotel close to capitol reef . Def would stay here again!

Room was clean and the views were great. Proximity to Capitol Reef was definitely a plus. The staff, with the exception of the gentleman working breakfast every morning we're curt and only moderately friendly. While at breakfast on day 2 of 3, our door frame "cracked apart" whiched opened our door while we were away. Nothing was missing but upon reporting the issue to the front desk, there was hardly any empathy or urgency in fixing the issue. The issue was fixed with a new latch being installed and a fresh coat of paint over the still very visibly cracked doorframe. No followup made from the staff.
