Great Hotel!
The hotel was fantastic and in a great location. The front desk staff were all very helpful, and always available to assist with any questions. It's located close to most major sites, and about 2 miles from the Vatican. I had no problem walking to all the major sites, and liked that it was not in a busy neighborhood, and was relatively quiet for being in the city. Had no problem walking around a night, and the area was pretty safe for being in the city.

Great Stay
I am pleasantly pleased with this hotel. It is right next to the Villa Borghese in a less touristy part of Rome. We arrived before standard check-in time, but they still allowed us to check-in early and they also upgraded my room and gave us a large terrace. We were traveled with friends so they made sure to also put us on the same floor with them. The room was spotlessly clean, very spacious, with a clean, modern bathroom. The hotel offered us with complimentary breakfast and WiFi. Cute rooftop terrace with a bar as well. The night we were there, there was a rooftop performance and the artist playing was great! Fun vibes. Overall, It was a great hotel with great value and service!! Thanks Tribune Hotel.

Tribune Hotel - great hotel in Rome
The Tribune Hotel was a very nice hotel for our stay in Rome. The hotel's public areas and the room was very clean. The staff, Francesca, Allesio, the other front desk, roof bar and breakfast staff, were fabulous and always helpful. The hotel provides a cell phone for your use during your stay and it was a godsend. The phone is a android and I have an iphone so there was a bit of a learning curve. The hotel is a little bit of a walk to the main areas and where you can catch the hop-on-hop-off bus, and sometimes we just took a cab to get to our destination quickly, especially our very early morning excursions. The are just two items we felt were negative about the hotel, at least in our room 304. First, the lighting. The lights in our room were either ALL on or ALL off... not good. Sometimes I like to read before going to sleep and really couldn't because then my husband couldn't go to sleep. That, in my opinion, needs to be corrected. Second, at least in our room, the little jog in the room where the full length mirror was placed, there was really no lighting so it made it difficult to use the mirror. We would not hesitate to stay here again and totally recommend it.

Very clean and beautifully modern hotel. Great breakfast in morning. Helpful friendly staff. Area is near very high end hotels. Restaurants nearby were pricey reflecting the area. Felt very safe walking around late into the night.
