Stay here if you but bring you shampoo.
The location is great, right on Reforma. The only setback I had was when I went to take a shower just to realize they don not supply with shampoo. I had to get dressed an go out on the street to find a place to buy shampoo. This is an efficiency type of room. The rooms are very clean. The Wifi signal is not strong and I it was a problem for me.That's it. I don't think I will stay here again.

The stay was mediocre. The Bed was very hard as were the pillows. The room was hot as there was no thermostat to control the AC. The view is absolutely amazing but you can hear every single sound, even from the 21st floor. Did not get much sleep.

Checked out a Day Early
Good location. No place to park, even for a short period of time, in front of Hotel to unload. Parking available 3 four blocks away, the other Capri location. Room was clean. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. Staff not discourteous but don't go out of the way to be helpful-curt. If you have no luggage and stay one night place okay. If not, find another hotel. We actually checked out a day early.

Pics are deceiving, uncomfortable @ 4-star prices
2 star for Location and view The Sheraton ($110 USD/day) was full. Love it! This place $3,000 a night! What a rip off. The pictures look AMAZING and I thought this is a high-end place. Was impressed when I walked in. Decided to stay here based off of all 5 star reviews in google maps. 1st mistake. Cama Matrimonial Is not a QUEEN. Imagine me and my spouse (6 feet, and 6 foot 8 each) trying to sleep on this thing. It was a cheap mattress and awful pillows made by the hotel. seriously? The pillows were stuffed so much that it was like trying to sleep on a basketball. called the front desk for more pilows, preferably something softer. The man answered, "We don't have any pillows". I asked again, surely this is a quality hotel. "We have no extra pillows". Tried sleeping after an hour of tossing around I ended up opening the pillow in a fit and threw about half of stuffing out on the floor next to the bed. finally, I was able to sleep between midnight and 4AM. I got a litlte more than 4 hours of sleep and had a business meeting at 11am. The lady that was at the desk in the morning told me that they did indeed have pillows and sent someone. Of course I was very upset at this point since that means i didn't sleep fully for a lazy employee. This hotel either can't afford quality staff or they are cheap. judging by the pillows and the mattress, i'd say cheap. Noise for 2 days of men trying to fix the elevator, screaming on the 2-way radio outside my room too.

basic or even poor condition
Location is the only highlight of the hotel and they have basic cook facility. But the fitness is so poor so no one wants to work out there. It's the first hotel I can't find hair dryer and so basic condition. i don't know why this is a 3 stars

Forewarned is forearmed
The suites' location is great, yet the entrance is a little tricky. Its kind of hidden to the left of the entrance to one of the two restaurants who take up all of the front of the building. Once you are inside your room, you quickly notice that it does not have any of the things you would expect from a "normal" hotel room. The closets are on each side of the bed and the quality of the furniture inside is IKEA quality at best. The bed and pillows were stiff as a wood board, and the full sized bed when the information on the website stated a queen. The sheets smelled like they were left in the washer way too long before they were put to dry, so they have that damp smell to them. The restroom is small to a point that if it were any smaller you could use the toilet and take a shower at the same time. Zero amenities except one small soap bar. The single pane windows give way to the noise from the busy avenue, although I was on the 15th floor, I felt like I was at street level. It's horrible. The roll down shades do not cover the window completely, so light creeps in in the perfect angle to hit you in the face, just as if it were intentionally designed to keep you awake. Last but not least, there is no air conditioning in the room, except a very small and thank God noisy fan, which I ended up placing next to the bed so that it would serve as some sort of "white noise" in order to drown out the overwhelming traffic so I could get some sleep.

On Reforma in DF
Couldn't get a more practical location if working near Reforma. Good deal for the price. air conditioning and the fan by the window didn't really do much. Fortunately, it was cool outside. Rooftop is beautiful and it sits on top of a great steakhouse and next to a Starbucks.
