Avoid this hotel
Location was good but the hotel outdated, not so clean and facilities poor. No coffee in the rooms for example even though it was advertised as superior room. Staff quite unfriendly surprisingly in Japan. For most of the day there is smelly trash in the hall way.

I’ll stay at MyStays
Very nice hotel in a great location. Akasaka station is approx a 5 min walk and lots of restaurants and shop all within walking distance. The 7-Eleven accessible via the basement floor is extremely convenient for those late night snacks or unexpected items needed. Staff is friendly, hotel appearance is very inviting and breakfast has a good slew of options.

Unfortunately we only got to stay few days and we were told at check in because we were hotel.com customers we were very low level so we had no cleaning!! Hahaha it didn't matter we just wanted to shop chill out anyway. Breakfast was blah. Get in neighborhood.close to transport and 8 by 10 room which was fine with us maybe not for all!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Location isn't far from the subway. I want to say about a 3-5 minute walk. It's on a hill, so going back from the subway station was a bit tiring but that's okay. Overall, I am very satisfied. Thanks!
