OK stay, price is good though.
It was clean but as soon as we got there the AC was turned off and it was 90 degrees outside, the cabins are made of wood so it took a good 30 minutes for it to cool off. The staff wasn’t very friendly either.

Great find
Cerro Azul is a very cute, very clean hotel in a great location close to town. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly, rooms were clean and the grounds were AMAZING :) We had the cabin with the Back deck to the jungle. It was very private and secluded. 4 minute walk down to the creek. We would definitely stay here again.

This is such an amazing property. It is family owned and the family does an amazing job to make you feel welcome. The plants and flowers around the property are beautiful!! The cabins are so cute and very clean and well taken care of. You walk through paths full of beautiful foliage to get to your cabin. It is very private and quiet. There is even a little trail on the property that takes you down to a very tranquil stream that was a nice surprise. Each morning you can purchase a homemade breakfast for a small fee and it is delicious. Every breakfast comes with the most delicious local fruit as well as a fresh squeezed fruit juice, different every day. Kevin was there to help us with all of our questions and was able to give us some very good local dining options that were some of his favorites. Highly recommend a stay at this beautiful property. If we ever get a chance to get back to Costa Rica, we will stay again in a heartbeat!
