Should have said this in ads!
The hotel information didn’t say there was a bar with live music on ground floor and it was noisy til late at night. Food and beverage was outsourced and less than impressive....prices were ok but service and quality f food was mc Donald’s fast food!

Not bad for the price!
Sheesh, Singapore is EXPENSIVE... but for the price you pay at this hotel, it is incredible. I snagged this room for sub $50 USD and could not have been happier. It is definitely not a name brand hotel with the amenities, but you get a comfy, cozy, clean room. The room is small and basic that comes with everything pictured. The bathroom is a wet bath so it is what it is. The aircon in my room worked fantastically and I had no issues with it. Downstairs, they have a restaurant/bar that is not bad. As a hotel guest, you get 50% off food but make sure you tell them upon check out a few times. I got my bill and it did not reflect the discount. Also, the discount does not impact drink orders... I got burnt on that once. The area around the hotel is nice and in the middle of ChinaTown. My only "complaint" is even on the 3rd floor, the music at the bar could be heard. It played until 11ish and shut off but that was a minimal complaint. Overall, I would stay here again.

Great location
Stepping out of the hotel, you're smack dab in Chinatown. As expected, the rooms were very small but the friendly staff allowed us to keep our luggage in their cloakroom. To go from the lobby to the room, you have to go back out on the street and then back into the hotel by another door. And taxi dropoff is on a side street, not at the main door. The room itself was comfortable but the shower was extremely tiny and combined with the bathroom, so the whole floor got wet. Very dimly lit, could have used more lighting. WiFi worked great, and it was a lot of fun to wander Chinatown at night and then be quickly back in the room. On the whole it was good value.

Only stayed one night
Very thin wall and noisy. You'll hear people walking in the hallway, your neighbor's alarm and people talking. We only stayed one night and it was OK. Great location and walking distance to hawker center for cheap food.

Miniscule room but good value
This was an attractive option given that Singapore hotels can be quite expensive. The location is convenient to public transportation & to food choices in Chinatown. The trade off is that the room with en suite bath is miniscule. It took some maneuvering to deal daily with my suitcase.
