Comfortable, stylish property near Messe
Our family of 4 enjoyed staying in a "duplex/apartment" room with a nice view the skyline. The hotel has friendly staff and the decor is Frankfurt-themed but in a classy manner. The registration area has a large space for lounging, eating breakfast, and a bar--all with a nice view. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and safe hotel
Spent 2 nights here as a stopover for our return flight to the US. While the area around it is a bit of a food desert, the hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Tram stop is literally right in front, which is very convenient...only 5 stops to the main train station. Busy mall within short walking distance as well. I was pleased overall.

Best hotel with the best in room coffee service!
Great stay, but did NOT get room booked. The hotel is great and so is the staff. The bedding is high quality and everything was spotless. Will definitely stay again next may. BUT… the coffee machine in the room is the greatest and I’ve stayed in more than 20 hotels this year all around Europe. Love the detail of this small luxury ;)

Great hotel in a great location.
We were looking for a hotel quite close to the main station but reading all the reviews you don’t stay near the station unless you’re happy with people drug taking, people unconscious on the street in a not very nice area! It is well worth the 20 minute walk to the hotel, or a 5 minute taxi ride. Reception is on the 4th floor and the two receptionists were lovely speaking fluent English. Our room was on the sixth floor. The room was clean and just what we were hoping for with a great view overlooking the City. The hotel is decorated to a good standard and we felt very safe in the surrounding area. We will definitely stop here again in Frankfurt.

All Reception area staff were extremely friendly, conversant in French, English, German, and others. The Hotel is walking distance or short tram ride to Hbf. Nice neighborhood in the Messe area.
