As we were visiting for Umrah, hotel location and distance were not good. It was taking 20 minutes to reach Haram boundary. As the construction of Haram Mosque is ongoing, lot of dust in the air makes difficult to walk. People going for Umrah, I don’t recommend this hotel for them.

As long as I did not have to interact with staff, everything was fine, room was clean, so was hotel. 10 minute or less walk to Haram via Bab ul Salam. Around 3-3:30PM I went to hotel reception and I asked them to replenish sugar in room, I was told to go back to my room and press 0. So I went and did just that, but phone was not working, so I went down to reception again to report that phone is not working and that I need sugar, instead they call concierge and told them to deliver sugar to my room. By the time I checked out around 10pm, they had not deliver sugar or provided me with working phone. Secondly, I asked for late check out, they charge me half day, which I agreed too and paid, later in day their staff came knocking my door to let me know that my check out time has passed and that I need to check out. Both experience have made me realized that they zero customer service skills and no one has control over anything.
