10/10 Exceptional

It was a bit close to the train and bus station. They offered to drop me off at the Snow Monkey Park so it was a relief and convenient. And they dropped me off to the station when I was about to go home. If you really want to experience japanese culture you should stay here because their rooms are big and its a traditional japanese room and their japanese breakfast and dinner was superb! I really recommend you to try it! They had an indoor and outdoor onsen! It was very relaxing! This is one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed! 😍

Quick family get away.
The staff were amazing and friendly. The hotel itself is a bit old but is very clean. Location is great and in the middle of almost all destinations.

Lovely staff
The staff was lovely and very accommodating. They drove me to the monkey park, let me leave my luggage there, and even drove me to my next hotel at Shibu Onsen. The onsen was divine. The place is a little run down and I found the pillows a little uncomfortable, but it was very reasonably priced, the breakfast was delicious, and it was a perfect base camp for exploring.

This hotel is an older more traditional hotel but the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are looked after. They are great really, such lovely people. You get a traditional Japanese breakfast and can bath in their lovely Onsen. We really enjoyed the experience and may be back next time we are I. Japan. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!
