I loved everything about this resort except trying to reach the front desk/guest services. My room key quit working twice and on the last day I couldn’t open my safe. On all 3 occasions I couldn’t get through on my phone I had to walk up to the lobby. Also the beach had a lot of seaweeds

El Beso was very beautiful and the staff was great. The only thing is that they do not have a lot of adult activities at night. Also, there’s a difference shown between the premier guest (gold wristband) and regular guest (all other colors) regarding food and drinks. The adult restaurant (Blue Moon) was our favorite but the restaurant near the beach was also really good. I would definitely stay again if I was bringing the entire family but not for just my husband and I.

Great selection of dining and tasty cooking. Even the buffet had great food. The New Year celebration was well presented with live music, performances, and fireworks! We slept well and enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was the AC had intermittent issues.
