The receeption staff, especially Nhi and Thanh was ftiendly, helpful. One can see that they were very well trained. The breakfast buffet was not great.However, the Ukranian lady who was attending there was very nice, courteous and professional.

A great hotel with fantastic staff.I was made to feel very welcome from the moment I stepped in to the hotel.My room great and on the 9th floor which meant I had a great view over the city which lit up at night.A 2 minute walk to the wonderful my kye beach which you could see from the amazing rooftop pool.Have a drink one evening up there by the pool and watch the sun go down and see the fantastic pool and city light up,amazing.The buffet breakfast was very good to and catered for all nationalites with its wide choice of foods.All the staff were fantastic but I must mention lilly,mary and kim who really made that extra effort to make sure you were ok every time they saw you and very helpful with places to go and see.Ba na hills and the golden bridge are a must do while you are there.Just 40 minutes by taxi and a amazing cable car ride up to the place high up on the hills overlooking da nang.Also the dragon bridge at night and the lady budda staue overlooking the bay to is a must see.

Service and proximity to beach was great. Smoke smell and some mold in the front area of room put a damper on things. WiFi was spotty on our floor. Lady who oversees the breakfast was helpful and attentive.
