Good location, run down place.
Our ‘non smoking’ room smelled so bad we just kept the Fabreze the clerk gave us the entire stay! Location is great though. Staff friendly, but they could put a little money back into the place for new mattresses.

A good experience!
Good off season location to check out the lake which is across the street and the Lakeshore cafes and other food availability in that area of Penticton. We stayed 2 nights, they let us check in early. We had a kitchen, living room and separate bedroom so we didn't have to sit on the bed and be around all our belongings. The kitchen was well equipped. It was a quiet weekend there. Of course that depends on the other people who are staying at the same time. I always anticipate a good stay wherever I go and I believe that is helpful. I want a good experience.

Basic Hotel in a nice location
The Hotel is very small and outdated and the pool was closed the first 2 days of our 3 day stay. They did however provide bbq's plus the the necessary dishes and utensils required if you wanted to make a meal. Plenty of chairs were available to sit on the balcony. It was an ok place to stay for a short visit while touring the Okanagan area.
