I had a Good stay
I had a good experience with this accommodation. Check in with was easy and clear. Breakfast and wine were free, and parking. Location is awesome very short distance from Vatican. My door room was awkward because I had to lock myself using the key. The shower design was a bit stranger, water spills outside the curtain and make the floor around the toilet wet, so if you don’t have shoes or slippers on, your feet will be wet too when using the toilet. Despite that this place is good. I started telling my friends/co-workers to stay here.

The first disappointing thing was that the room was not ready at check-in time, and we had to wait for 1.5 hours, without even receiving an apology! Second, the reception's behavior was the opposite of professional, and in fact so vulgar that was beyond my imagination. In addition, there was hardly anyone available at the reception. Third, they advertise to be bed and breakfast, but it is a false advertisement, as they don't really offer breakfast. What they offer is one drink (a cup of coffee or something) plus one snack (something that is less 50 cents if you buy from a supermarket) from a vending machine. Fourth, it is seriously NOT CLEAN. The breakfast area was all dirty with crumbs of food on the tables and flys all over the place. We saw that they had piled the towels on the floor (yes, the floor of the corridors) and leave them for one day before washing them! It was so terrible that when we got back home we directly went to shower and put every piece of clothing into the washing machine to avoid taking the dirt into our home. Fifth, the bathroom was terrible. There was no shower box so when you would take shower water would run all over the bathroom and it would make a mess if one would walk there with shoes to use the toilet afterward. Obviously, there were no slippers around. In addition, although there was a bidet in the bathroom, the facet did not work properly so hardly any water came out of it. sixth, there were no shampoos, no handwashing liquid or anything.
