A very friendly and calm place!
The hotel is really friendly, the reception is amazing, the room is very clean and have a good space! Its location is amazing for Vatican visitors (few steps to Vatican museams and about 5 minutes walk to Saint Peter's Square) and there is a bus station just less than a minute walk from it! I really recommended and I have really enjoyed my stay! If I will go to Rome again, I will surely remake it to Domus Getsemani!

Ok if you're not picky...
I went to Rome, then Florence and then back to Rome. One good thing is they were willing to store my big suitcase while I went to Florence with fewer things. But on both occasions, I was offered a sub-par room even though they had better options vacant. And it's not a price issue. My reservation stated "room with city view" and the first room I was offered looked directly at a high Vatican wall. Patrizio was very kind. Gabrielle needs to learn more about Customer Service.

Not recommend for Asia People
The reception is very mean to Asia people unlike the European. The breakfast is limit only 1 snack and 1 drink from the vending machine. The location is up hill so if you have big bag rethink about booking. But very close to vatican.

Not a happy staying. I should take some photos
1. Didn’t tell guest the entry code, I couldn’t get in. Waited on the street until other guest got back to the place. 2. My room doesn’t have any window, one door that opens to exterior, it locks from inside. There is 10 inch high fixed glazing under the ceiling. For that reason, my room smells. 3. Restroom is located outside of my room, crossing a common space. It didn’t state when I booked the place. When I ask to change room, I was told no other room available. 4. Free breakfast, guest has the chance to pick one item, like candy bar or 3 inch long bread. And some coffee, with tiny cup (size like medicine meassuring cup), from vending machine. Not to mention they were all cold.
