Hotel is getting a little run down. The mattresses are terrible. Furniture in room was damaged. The complimentary breakfast is gone. A 5 star price for a 4 star hotel. This was a much better property 5 years ago.

We were at a family wedding. The hotel was nice, but really had no space to gather as an a breakfast restaurant or somewhere to just visit. We were always having to leave. I also had a lot of trouble trying to use their TV.

Nice Room, BUT there were isues.
The room was lovely, but we asked for room service which was never provided. Addtionally, the hotel allowed a wedding party to take over the entire 3rd floor by the elevator to get ready for the wedding. When we wanted to access our room, we had to weave around bridesmaids, hair stylists etc, and their equipment, and the smells of hair spray and nail policy. Truly not acceptable. It defies explanation why the hotel allowed this and didn't require or provide the wedding party with a room in which this could be done with without making it inconvenient for other paying guests.

The hotel was convenient to alot of restaurants and stores. It was a pleasant stay, except that the walls are extremely thin and it sounded like the people above us were going to come through the floor. We didn't stay in the room much so it didn't affect us as much as it woukd have if it was a leisurely stay. Furniture was chipping Nd t.v. coukd havr been alot bigger, but overall a good stay.
