Excellent place and all as described in their description. The staff is great and always make sure you are satisfied with your stay. Very clean and the very quite. I will definitely come back when I am in Ubud again!
Noisy late at night. However, a staff member said they had some late check ins.
Great pool Room was plain Nice staff Nice breakfast
This was the nicest Best Western we have ever stayed in or that I have ever seen. I couldn't believe it was a Best Western. Great value for the price, great food, great service, everything was good. It was even within walking distance of downtown Ubud!
The resort is situated in a great location, its beautiful. I got a complimemtary massage which was awesome. ideally everything was exceptional except for; 1. There is a stench in the room, probably from the plumbing system, but its disgusting 2. At breakfast I noticed that I had to ask for coffee refills. I could not go and get my own coffee like everything else in the buffet. Seeing that I usually have about 3 cups, this was quite an inconvenicne, bc I had to get up and locate the police of the coffee pot, then she had to go get the coffee and bring to my table. I think it would be best to allow anyone to just go get their own coffee. After all, we from the western world cant survive without it.
the cleanliness of the hotel, the location, the view is beautiful. Very close to the center. The employees are friendly and helpful. The hotel's food was delicious. A great hotel with everything I would recommend to everyone.
Great location in Ubud. A lovely tropical property. The only complaint would be that there were ants in the room on the last day of our stay. We did not call this to the attention of the resort.
Beautiful setting, I loved the spa with the view of the forest. Food was good (tomato soup and salad). The staff was helpful and nice and I could exercise at the gym. Free shuttle to enter Ubud at fixed hours. Would definitely come back!
This is a beautiful new property with the peaceful mood and music of Bali. It isn’t well run which results in gross inconsistencies in quality and service and difficulty with basic needs like having the hotel reception call a cab. I had an amazing 3 star dinner at this hotel—-tuna seared to perfection with a lemon grass creme brûlée dessert, yet another diner a few nights before was borderline pathetic. The breakfast buffet is good for those without food allergies, but the coffee leaves too much to be desired. Don’t expect a decent cappuccino. You’ll have to take the shuttle into town for that! The staff are very young and aim to please. The other hotel guests are very diverse. I would return to this property but not for a long stay! The rooms could be much cleaner!
I like its was quite amazing location near everythink . Have nice pool view . Will be nice to create morning and sunset yoga class . A lots old people just sitting in pool ,if you have yoga classes as well paid one or booked one people will book, for sure. And massage therapist was so nice and professional but not music in side spa . In involve speakers and just put nice music .
