Perfect location, friendly staff and very clean
Location was perfectly located in French quarter. We were walking distance to everything and never had to use our vehicle once. Staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had during our stay. Room was very clean and they provided fresh towels and linens daily. The only thing that made us slightly uncomfortable during our stay was that our specific room did not have a window. But I’m sure that was just the luck of the draw. I would definitely stay again but I’d probably make a special request for a room with a window.

Comfortable and convenient, but could use some upd
I like the location a lot. Right on the edge of the French Quarter and the Central Business District. It was very walkable. Also close to the streetcars on Canal. Room was clean and comfortable. Mattresses are really cheap and uncomfortable. Could use an upgrade. I've seen several different women at the front desk and every single one has been rude and had no interest in being helpful. Not even a smile and a welcome. We stayed on the second floor and the windows faced Iberville. We had some issues with noise from the street even though the property is located on the edge of the French Quarter and there’s not a whole lot of action in the immediate area. People were hanging out on Iberville late into the night and could be heard loud and clear from our room. Request a higher floor if you’re going to stay here!
