Linda praia, péssima gerência. Telefone quebrado, controle de tv quebrado, 14hs já não tem bebida e comida nos bares, sem padrão nenhum... com um hospede é vodka importada, com o outro é vodka de garrafa pet. Sem preocupação com pandemia... cheio de hóspedes nos restaurantes se recusando a usar máscara e luvas para pegar comida e o staff não faz nada. Equipe desmotivada... muitos parecem ter raiva dos hóspedes. Um garçom escolhia que hóspedes servir na praia: aqueles que pagavam um “por fora”... e a lista vai longe.

MARAVILHOSO
Praia maravilhosa. Sem ondas, uma piscina salgada. O hotel fica num lugar previligiado. O all inclusive é bom. A única coisa que acho que poderia melhorar é o atendimento do bar da piscina. Tem sempre um funcionário só. Não dá conta. Já é minha segunda vez no resort e com certeza voltaria.

Hospedagem quase nota 10.
Estadia no geral boa, entretanto o hotel tenta economizar na parte de bebidas. As maquinas de chop, refrigerante e agua de cocô não ficam acessíveis aos clientes e sobrecarrega os poucos garçons que tem. Gerando fila e lentidão no bar da praia. Se tais maquinas ficassem a disposição haveria um melhor atendimento. A parte de petiscos também poderia ter mais variedades. Cafe da manha muito bom. Almoço e janta bons, poderia haver mais variedades de proteina. Se melhorasse estes detalhes ganharia nota 10. Lugar muito bonito.

Volvería sin dudar
El hotel es hermoso, la playa espectacular, y la atención excelente. Cosas a mejorar, el frigobar del cuarto, tenía sólo bebidas y considero que también debería contar con algo dulce como chocolate, papitas y las cosas que generalmente hay en cualquier hotel. Por otro lado la limpieza, no es óptima, de las 4 noches que estuvimos sentimos que solo estiraron las sábanas de la cama, nos acostábamos y sentíamos arena , y terminábamos sacudiendo las sábanas y volviendo a hacer la cama nosotros. Todo lo demás es un 10, volvería mil veces.
