The bathroom is too small. Is uncomfortable but clean.

I would say that the employees, who are from a country other that England, were sometimes hard to understand for the accents, and communications were poor. The West of London is a bad location for all of the sights, which are East. Tons of walking, or trips to Paddington for a cab, or, trying to figure how many transfers to the heart of sightseeing areas, were very difficult.
