This is an unexpected boutique oasis in the middle of bustling old town Hanoi. The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and so warm ! I received a welcome drink and fruit upon arrival -- and convenient transportation to the airport. I would definitely return to this hotel :)

Great service and location, loved the attention to detail in room necessities. Loved the bar downstairs, great decor overall. Only downsides were the bed wasn't the most comfortable and rooms were pretty tight.

Awesome stay!
We had a really nice time staying in this hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to help you and make sure you are well taken care of. The breakfast was amazing! The lunch buffet has an amp choice of dishes and even a la carte, as the breakfast. We were very happy with the staff, facilities, and the food. The surrounding area is a little dirty but the hotel is great!

Great stay
Some of the friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered have been at this hotel. This was my second time at this property, and I always feel welcome. While it’s a bit farther away from where I need to be, it’s in a good location which allows for some sightseeing and wandering after work. I greatly enjoyed my stay, and hope to be back when I can relax and enjoy it!
